At KAE, we love to reward our students for the time, money and effort they spend on learning with us. And what better way to do this than to offer you savings on the courses you purchase? That’s exactly what Club60 does.
We like to think of being in your sixties as being in the prime of your life. Think about it, you might be working a few hours less now, you might have saved up money over time and have it to spend, or maybe you’re one of the very fortunate people to have retired and now have plenty of time on your hands? If so, we’re here to help.
Club60 is our very own loyalty scheme which helps you to make the most of being in the prime of your life by saving up to 10% on your future enrolments with us. After paying the full price for your first enrolment, as a Club60 member you will be entitled to a 5% discount if your course costs £51-£180 and if your course costs £181+ you will receive a 10% discount. Becoming a member is easy, just log in to your online account, or register if you don’t currently have an account, and tick the box which tells us you want to be a Club60 member. Before you know it, you’ll find discounts being applied to all of your future enrolments!
Club60 is more than just a loyalty scheme though. It’s a group that you can be a part of, providing you’re aged 60 or over of course. We offer many of the perks that being a member of a social group brings. You can meet new people, catch up every week, grab something to eat, all whilst learning! Research shows that engaging in regular social activities in later life keeps your brain healthy, and has physical benefits too. There is strong evidence that being active helps you to stay pain-free, reduces the risk of mental illness, and help you to stay independent as you get older, but that doesn’t mean you have to enrol on a health & fitness course straight away, it’s all about keeping your mind active too.
As well as being fun and informative, our courses aim to help the mind, body and soul. Whether it’s a “hands-on” art and crafts course, something we can help you to achieve like learning a new language, becoming more confident, improving your computer skills, picking up some gardening tips, or an academic achievement like gaining a GCSE qualification, our courses will help you stay active, all whilst you save money as a Club60 member.
If you’re someone that likes to challenge themselves and you want to continue learning at a higher level when you complete your course, being a Club60 member means that whilst you continue enrolling on a number of courses at varying levels, you will be saving money on each enrolment with your 5% or 10% discount, so there’s no limit on how far you can advance with your course. If the idea of academic progression interests you, perhaps our accredited courses are for you?Back to the Magazine
